With over 20 years of experience in the events industry, Carol brings a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning and hands-on event expertise to The Creative Concept.
Her strength lies in transforming ideas into well-executed experiences, from corporate events and conferences to exhibitions, roadshows and experiential events.
Known for her meticulous approach and eye for detail, Carol works closely with clients to understand their vision, objectives and audience, bringing together the right creative, production and execution elements to deliver seamless events.
Her passion is simple: to create experiences that are thoughtfully planned, beautifully executed and remembered for the right reasons.
Ernest Quiney - Co-Founder
Ernest brings a strong technical perspective to The Creative Concept, leading our Audio-Visual and technical production capabilities. With a lifelong passion for sound, lighting and event technology, he brings hands-on experience and a keen understanding of the technical elements that make live events work seamlessly.
His experience includes DJing and working with leading hospitality brands such as Marriott Hotels, giving him a practical understanding of live sound, lighting and audience experience.
At The Creative Concept, Ernest works closely with the creative and production teams to ensure that every technical element—from audio and lighting to visual technology and on-ground execution—is carefully planned, professionally delivered and seamlessly integrated into the overall event experience.
